Hyundai India has recently begun testing its main stream EV SUV for India. The spy shots suggest that the car in question is an All-Electric Creta SUV. 

Creta Electric expected to get a 100 KW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and a 39.2 Kwh Lithium-ion Polymer Battery pack producing a peak Power of 136 Hp and a peak Torque of 395Nm with an estimated Range of more than 450 kms.

The Exterior will sport vertical Head Lamp Cluster and have Palisade-like Day Time Running Lamps. All new Front Grille with a square like detailing , Multi Spoke Alloy wheels, a re-designed Tail Gate and a new Front and Rear Bumper.

The main difference will be an extension beneath the center of the floor where the Battery Pack has been placed. The Gear Lever is being moved away from its conventional location from the center console to the right side of the Steering Wheel Column similar to the one in Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV

Hyundai Creta EV is expected to be launched in 2025 Auto Expo and shall likely be in competition to the Maruti eVX Electric SUV slated to be launched at the same time. Hyundai Creta Electric is expected to be Priced in between 20-25 Lakhs.
