Hyundai has re-launched Hyundai Venue with significant updates for its Standard and N Line SUV models, including the introduction of a new Gearbox for the 1.0 Liter Turbo Petrol Engine and the incorporation of Hyundai Smart Sense (Level 1 ADAS). This marks the Venue as the first Compact SUV to have these Advanced Driver Assistance Features.
With the updates, Hyundai India has also revised Prices of its Venue Line-up. The variant wise Price details are as under:

Hyundai Venue: Hyundai Smart Sense (Level 1 ADAS)
Hyundai has introduced its Hyundai Smart Sense (Level 1 ADAS) feature to the Top Spec Trim Venue SX(O), which is available with the 1.0 Liter Turbo Petrol and 1.5 Liter Diesel Engines. Additionally, the Venue N Line, offered in N6 and N8 Trims, now features Hyundai Smart Sense (Level 1 ADAS) on the top spec N8 Variants. The ADAS package includes a range of safety features such as Forward Collision Warning, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Driver Attention Warning, Lane Follow Assist, High Beam Assist and Leading Vehicle Departure Alert.
With these enhancements, the Venue becomes the fourth model in Hyundai’s India lineup to incorporate Hyundai Smart Sense (Level 1 ADAS) following the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Hyundai Tucson and recently launched Hyundai Verna.
Hyundai Venue: Introduction of a new Manual Transmission
Following the introduction of the Venue Knight Edition, both the Venue and Venue N Line now offer a 6 Speed Manual Gearbox with the 1.0 Litre Turbo Petrol Unit producing a Peak Power of 120 Bhp and a Peak Torque of 172Nm. Venue’s other engine options include a 1.2 Litre Naturally Aspirated Petrol unit producing 83 Bhp of Power and 114Nm of Torque, mated to a 5 Speed Manual Transmission and a 1.5 Litre Diesel unit producing 116 Bhp of Power and 250Nm of Torque, mated to a 6 Speed Manual Gearbox. The 1.0 Litre Turbo Petrol Engine is also available with a 7 Speed Dual-Clutch (DCT) Automatic Gearbox.
Notably, the Venue N Line exclusively offers the Turbo Petrol Engine with the choice of either a 6 Speed Manual or 7 Speed DCT, replacing the previous iMT options.
Hyundai Venue: Conclusion
The Hyundai Venue continues to compete with several popular Compact SUVs in the sub 4 meter category, including the recently refreshed Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger. The Venue N Line, on the other hand, is positioned as a more Driver centric alternative to the standard Venue models.
