Kia Carens X-Line, Kia Carens X-Line Price
The Kia Carens X-Line has made its debut, available with both Petrol 7-DCT and Diesel 6-AT options, featuring a unique Matte Graphite Exterior Color and a Dual Tone Black and Splendid Sage Green interior.
One of the notable features of the Carens X-Line is the addition of a Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) Unit exclusively for the left Rear Passenger, enhancing the in car experience. The cabin is adorned with stylish orange stitching throughout.
The X-Line variant is based on the Top-spec Luxury Plus trim, offering a premium experience with a price increase of up to Rs. 55000 over the standard Carens models. Importantly, there are no changes under the hood, as the Carens X-Line retains the same engine options, featuring a 1.5 Liter Turbo-Petrol and a 1.5 Liter Diesel powerplant.
Kia has breathed new life into the Carens lineup with the introduction of this X-Line variant, which is exclusively available with Automatic Transmission options for both Petrol and Diesel. The prices for the Carens X-Line are set at Rs. 18.95 lakh and Rs. 19.45 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi) for the Petrol and Diesel versions, respectively. The detailed variant wise Price List is as under:
Kia Carens X-Line: Exterior Updates
On the Exterior, the Carens X-Line boasts a distinctive Matte Graphite color, a Gloss Black finish on the Radiator Grille, Front and Rear Bumpers, ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors), Rear Skid Plate and Side Door Garnishes. The vehicle rides on eye catching 16” Dual-Tone Alloy Wheels with Silver Brake Callipers.
Kia Carens X-Line: Interior Updates
Inside the cabin, the updates are equally impressive, featuring a Dual-Tone Splendid Sage Green and Black upholstery. The left Rear Passenger is treated to a Rear Seat Entertainment package, adding convenience and entertainment options. The Green seats with Orange contrast stitching, Black Steering Wheel Cover with Orange stitching and Orange stitching around the Gear Lever add a touch of sophistication to the Interior.
The Entertainment package includes a Screen that can be controlled using a Smartphone app and offers features such as Screen Mirroring, Podcast and various Entertainment apps. The Carens X-Line provides seating for 6 occupants in a 6 Seat configuration.
Kia Carens X-Line: Powertrain Options
Under the hood, it retains the well-performing 1.5 Liter Turbo-Petrol Engine, generating 160PS of Peak Power and 253Nm of Peak Torque and the 1.5 Liter Diesel Engine, producing 116PS and 250Nm. The Petrol Engine is paired with a 7-Speed DCT Gearbox, while the Diesel variant comes with a 6-Speed Automatic Torque Converter.
